Dr Metta Srinivasa Rao is a Doctorate in Pharmacy and comes with 20 years of experience in API Research & Development, spanning global majors and the start-ups in the generic space. He has been part of cross functional, multi-cultural and has a good understanding of both Indian and global pharmaceutical industry. His core expertise lies in the analytical development, quality control systems and operations.
He has played a key role in the Analytical method development, Method Validations, Cleaning Validation, Characterization of Solid-state Properties, e.g. Particle Size Distribution & Polymorphism.
He has previously worked with Armour laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma Pvt Ltd and Aurore Life Sciences Pvt Ltd.
Dr. M. Nageswara Rao is a Doctorate in Chemistry. He is an Analytical expert with over 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and Environmental Laboratory. He has strong analytical skills with extensive experience in analytical method development and validations, identification, and separation of API drug substances, finished drug products. He is a highly motivated individual with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
