IPR is manned by highly qualified personnel having in depth knowledge and hands on experience in IPR related issues across the globe. The IP (Intellectual Property) cell is responsible for protecting the IPs generated by BDR and our collaborators.
Our IPR team is tasked with all issues encompassing various patent related activities, including filing patents for its new innovations, challenging patents and patent applications for products having strategic and commercial relevance to the company, filing Pre-grant/post grant oppositions, etc. Our IPR also pursues Compulsory/Voluntary license routes for granted patents involving products in life saving & critical care segments with prohibitive cost factors for the ailing patients.
